These are the top 2017 Christmas toys that parents will be fighting over come Christmas Eve when there is only one left on the shelf!

Every year, Thanksgiving shows us the best part of our humanity. People volunteer at soup kitchens to feed the homeless, donate canned goods to those in need, and spend time with family and friends discussing what they are thankful for. The next day, Black Friday, reveals the worst of us. Every year, people get trampled trying to race into a store to get $100 off a new television. Parents literally fight one another in the aisles over the last toys on the shelf. This craziness only continues into December as people start realizing they're running out of time to get the gift that their child or grandchild asked for. This is the list of the nine hottest 2017 Christmas toys that will go out of stock and that people will be fighting over when the shelves go bare. Save yourself the hassle. Instead of getting a black eye, just buy it online on Black Friday!

Gifts for Girls

1. Fingerlings We put this under the girls list, but young boys may also want one of these toys. It is ridiculous that these little fingertop monkeys have taken off the way they have, but this isn't an article about explaining why things are popular. This is about identifying what to buy online before they go out of stock. The premise is pretty simple. A little monkey grabs onto a child's finger, and then the animatronics allow the toy to talk and interact with them. Kids can swing them, pet them, and even rock them to sleep to engage the toy's 40 different sound effects. These toys are already starting to go out of stock, and there is no doubt that we will ultimately see grown men fighting over the last Fingerling at the CVS or Walgreens on Christmas Eve. You can grab one on Amazon and save yourself the trouble of the inevitable brawls in store aisles over one of the hottest 2017 Christmas toys. 2. Hatchimals These little toys are selling out ridiculously fast and seem to be on the top of every young girl's Christmas list. They are little plastic animals that come in packaging designed as egg cartons. Each Hatchimal comes in a little plastic egg and gets to -- you guessed it -- hatch. Walmart and Target have been out of stock for weeks, and when they do finally go in-stock, people swoop in and buy every last one. Don't procrastinate. Get a carton of Hatchimals now and then sit back and watch as the news covers footage of dads fighting over cartons of unhatched plastic animals! 3. Num Noms Nail Polish Maker This is definitely one of those toys that needs parental supervision. That doesn't seem to be stopping parents because these toys are flying off the shelves. The Num Noms Nail Polish Maker lets girls make their own, custom-scented manicures. Think of it like an easy-bake oven, but instead of gross cupcakes, it makes fruit-scented glittery nail polish. It's one of the hottest 2017 Christmas toys for girls and will, without a doubt, cause grown men to cry when they learn that none are in stock for them to buy their princess come Christmas Eve ... If only they had thought ahead and purchased it now on Amazon ...

Gifts for Boys

4. Littlebits Star Wars Droid Inventor Kit Let's be honest. Christmas afternoon goes a lot better when the boys' heads are stuck in whatever game they got under the tree. But if you want to shy away from video games, the Littlebits Star Wars Droid Inventor Kit will keep them entertained and teach them about robotics all at the same time. The kit comes with a bunch of pieces, and children put them together to assemble their own R2-D2 droid. With the new Star Wars movie hitting theaters just 10 days before Christmas, this toy will not stay on the shelves for long. Amazon still has the Droid Inventor Kit for $99 with Prime shipping available as well. Other vendors have already started jacking up the price by 30 percent, so get one now, save yourself the money and hassle, and just hide it in the attic or basement until Christmas. 5. Nerf Rival Nemesis MXVII-10K Blaster Every year, the Nerf aisle at Target and Walmart go bare right before the Holidays. That's because, while the toys are obviously marketed towards young boys, they are enjoyed by adults as well. The Nerf gun was one of the hottest items at my office's Christmas raffle last year. The Nemesis MXVII-10K is already going in and out of stock and is one of the hottest 2017 Christmas toys for the age group. So if you find it available online, get it. 6. Huffy Bike Boys have been asking for bicycles for Christmas ever since they were invented. This year is no different. Huffy has emerged the hottest boy's bicycle maker this year, and they don't cost a whole lot more than the store-brand bikes you'd find at a big box store. If you have an elementary school-aged boy who is into BMX, then the Huffy Spectre Boys' BMX Bike ($112) will have him zipping around the neighborhood on Christmas morning. It also comes with rear pegs already installed, so he will be able to give his friend a ride on the back. If you want to get a middle school or teenage boy a bike they can grow into, then the Huffy Men's Medium Alpine Bike is a great choice as well for only $116.

Gifts for Babies/Toddlers

7. Fisher Price Zoom 'n Crawl Monster This little toy isn't expensive -- it's going for $19.99 -- but it is predicted to be one of the highest sellers this holiday season and will likely sell out in brick-and-mortar stores. The Fisher Price Zoom 'n Crawl Monster helps youngsters develop their motor skills by putting the colorful balls into the toy and watching them spin around. If the child is crawling, then you can adjust the settings to let the toy "zoom" around the floor. Balls will spill out while the toy is moving, encouraging the baby to crawl after them. Again, since the Fisher Price Zoom 'n Crawl Monster is only $19.99, this is a fun, inexpensive toy to get any baby or toddler to help facilitate their motor skills. But it will likely sell out by Christmastime, so it is a smart move to buy it online ahead of time. 8. Fisher Price Think and Learn Code-a-Pillar I actually went in looking for this toy for my nephew and was shocked to see it was out of stock at the local Toys 'R' Us. When I talked to an employee, he told me that they actually got a shipment in the week prior and they couldn't keep them on the shelves. This is a great toy for preschool-aged kids. There are endless different combinations, and the toy sets goals for the child to match the correct pattern. I'm not really sure why this is one of the hottest toddler toys this year, but it is. And it will only set you back $29.99 (at least until vendors start jacking up the prices). 9. Hape Pound & Tap Bench with Slide Out Xylophone Ok, this one probably isn't going to sell out, but it is a toy that combines two Christmas staples that will let you check the young mister or miss off your list without worrying about getting one of the most "trendy" 2017 Christmas toys. The Pound and Tap Bench is a great toy for toddlers, and at less than $27, it won't break the bank either!
