We asked you to share your worst first date stories, and you guys came through! These worst first dates were doomed from the start.

Sometimes, a first date is perfect. The two of you hit things off well, there are lots of things to talk about, and you both leave excited to see each other again. Other times... things don't go as well. From awkward revelations to downright rudeness, there are a host of problems that can crop up on a first date! We teamed up with The Woodhouse Day Spa to find out about your first date stories! Here are some of our favorite stories that you submitted -- be grateful you weren't stuck in these situations!

It Was An Accident

First up is a lady who unfortunately caused some potential family issues... Worst first dates

This is an unfortunate situation, but why would you ever assume something like that was on purpose? At least she tried to get in touch to pay for repairs!

Dine And Dash

Next up are a few victims of blatant rudeness: [gallery type="rectangular" size="large" ids="33516,33517"] If you aren't enjoying a date with someone, just say so. Don't duck out and stick them with the check. If you're only asking someone out so you can dine and dash, you're a garbage person.

Cabin in the Woods

This next story starts out sounding like a typical horror movie. Then it gets much worse...

If you're a vegan making dinner for a non-vegan, make something a little tastier than overcooked spinach please! Also, maybe ask your date what they'd be interested in and come to an agreement on what to watch or listen to. Otherwise you'll find yourself being considered one of the worst first dates of their life!

Just... Gross

I don't even know how to preface this:

Please keep personal hygiene in the house. Seriously.

Prolonged Eye Contact

Sometimes your date doesn't understand the importance of conversation:

Sure, eye contact is nice. But so is talking. Learn from his mistakes! And last but not least...
