Here are the best spots in Denver to grab secondhand treasures, from wacky sunglasses to designer handbags.

Whether you are a lover of vintage dresses, a connoisseur of random graphic tees, or an avid wearer of designer denim, Denver has plenty of thrift stores worth exploring. And while it might take a little more effort to dig through the racks of used goods to find what you're looking for, you're bound to find some amazing treasures. Frugal folks will enjoy the deep discounts from original prices, while those seeking one-of-a-kind items are sure to snag some unique looks. Here are our favorite spots for thrifting in Denver.

Goodwill Deja Blue Boutique

303 University Blvd.

If searching through the racks at a regular Goodwill location seems daunting, consider checking out this curated boutique of higher-end items. These hand-picked items from coveted brands come at an extremely low cost when compared to department store prices. There are even monthly 50 percent off sales and frequent surprise sales, so be sure to follow the boutique on social media.

Buffalo Exchange

Multiple Locations

You can find everything from hipster accessories to Halloween costumes to funky shoes and vintage jackets at Buffalo Exchange. What's more, you can sell or trade your own used clothing at any of their locations. You can choose cash or store credit, but you'll get a higher value in store credit, so be sure to shop around and see if there's anything you'd like to add to your wardrobe.

Goldmine Vintage

227 N Broadway

This curated collection of vintage graphic tees, fur and leather coats, and cheap sunglasses is sure to impress. Our favorite feature of this store is the huge selection of vintage dresses organized by decade. This thrift store tends to be pricier than others, but the vintage treasures you'll find here are well worth the expense.

Rags Consignments

201 University Blvd.

Don't expect Goodwill prices at this secondhand store, which is filled with designer goods for women. Do expect deep discounts and on-trend merchandise that's as good as new. The store is well-organized and decorated with pops of color. We especially love the great selection of handbags on display. You can also sell your gently-used, brand-name clothing here, and receive either cash or store credit in return.

Common Threads

1575 S Pearl St.

Another great stop for used designer goods, Common Threads also offers services like personal shopping and wardrobe styling. You can consign with them as well, and they'll donate anything they can't sell to local non-profits.

Regal Vintage

1866 S Broadway

This adorable thrift store is filled with funky knick-knacks and vintage finds from any decade. Their items are in great condition and offered at affordable prices, making this the perfect thrift store for the frugal shopper. Even if the styles are too wild for you, we promise you'll have fun looking at their eclectic selection.

Kouture Consignment

300 Josephine St.

Those seeking truly high-end merchandise (we're talking Chanel and Gucci) will find a great selection of designer apparel and accessories at Kouture Consignment. These hand-picked pieces might set you back, but they're in great condition and still offer significant savings from original prices. If you've had your heart set on a Burberry scarf or Louis Vuitton handbag, this might be the store for you.
