The Willard Intercontinental hotel is one of the most historic and luxurious hotels in all of Washington, D.C., and when they throw a party, you do not want to miss it. The annual Rose Romp is a highly anticipated annual event that takes places on the hotel's terrace. You'll be able to taste some of the best rose wines from the Chateau d’Esclans, which is a well-renowned winery off the coast of the Mediterranean.
