It's finally here! It's Leevers Locavore's Grand Opening!
Leevers Locavore, the hotly-anticipated grocery store with all the best elements of a food hall, will officially be open to the public on Thursday, November 21, at 7 a.m.
Located directly at the heart of Denver’s Northside at 2630 W. 38th Ave.—serving Sunnyside, Berkley, West Highlands, and LoHi—Leevers Locavore will redefine grocery shopping. Beyond high-quality produce and everyday necessities, the store will introduce consumers to a wide range of up-and-coming local food brands, as well as several "store-in-store" specialty vendors. From Basil Doc's Pizza to Diebolt Brewing to River Bear American Meats, you can be sure there is something to satisfy your appetite on any given day.

What sets Leevers Locavore apart from traditional grocery stores is that it's 100 percent employee-owned, the products sold come from Colorado growers and vendors as often as possible, and drinking while shopping is encouraged. I know I would enjoy grocery shopping a lot more if I had a glass of wine to help me check off all the items on my list.
