A police investigation is underway.
A body was reported this morning at a recycling center in Manassas, Virginia, and local police are now pursuing an investigation.
According to Prince William County Police, the deceased was discovered shortly before 8 a.m. at American Recycling Center located at 10220 Residency Road. Local reports at the scene indicate the body was decomposed, and officials plan to transfer it to the Medical Examiner's Office, where an autopsy will be performed.
Right now no other information has been given, including the person's identity or the cause of death. However, officials will announce the person's identity once they contact the next of kin.
The investigation is currently underway.
