On Wednesday, a pedestrian bridge in Northeast Washington, D.C., collapsed, causing major blockage of I-295 and injuring at least 3 people, who suffered from minor injuries, said D.C. Fire and EMS.

Located at Kenilworth Avenue and Polk Street NE, all lanes of I-295 are blocked.
