This adorable family's long and emotional adoption process comes to a very happy end.

Katie Page of Parker is one proud mama to three adorable kiddos. Page celebrated an amazing moment just a few short weeks ago when she officially adopted her third child, a little boy named Jackson. Jackson's journey is very special because he is going to grow up with his biological siblings.

Page became well-known back in 2019 when she unexpectedly adopted both of Jackson's older biological siblings. Page took in and adopted a little boy named Grayson in 2017, and got a call after his adoption to foster another child, a 1-year-old little girl named Hannah. When she noticed similarities that she could not ignore, she asked the adoption and foster agency, but the children were listed as having different mothers. However, despite others thinking she was a little bit crazy, Page followed her gut.

“Everybody thought I was crazy,” Page told PEOPLE in 2019. “I think everyone thought it was a far stretch because I didn’t have that much to go on, but my intuition was telling me there was more to the story. We kept it pretty quiet until there was more information to support the theory.”

After some investigation, it was discovered that the kids had the same biological mother; she had used different names on the children’s birth certificates. The children being siblings made the second adoption process easier for Page, and at the end of 2018, she officially adopted Hannah.

The family expanded again in 2019 when Page found out that another baby, this one a little boy, had been born to the children’s biological mother, and he too needed a home. The story was similar; a different name had been given for the mother and the child was on his way to another foster family. With a little bit of work and good luck, Jackson was able to come and stay with Page and his two older siblings.

Page was able to officially adopt Jackson on June 25. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, Jackson’s adoption ceremony took place over a video conference. There were plenty of family members logged in to watch and lots of tears as the adoption journey finally came to an end. Among the guests were the kids' two older sisters, who have also been adopted together by another family and are in close contact with their younger siblings.

Page has shared some of Jackson's adoption journey on YouTube (below). She also chronicles the children's progress on her blog, Wood + Grace
