Send in your social distancing pictures for a chance to be featured!

Denver International Airport (DEN )is working on a new virtual art exhibit, and your photograph could be in it!

"Colorado from a Distance" is DEN’s very first virtual-focused art exhibit and will be a display of 50 or so photographs highlighting the ways Coloradans have stayed connected during the COVID-19 pandemic. Artists who are selected will be acknowledged in a video slideshow DEN will produce.

"Submissions should showcase positive interpretations of daily life, solutions for distantly celebrated special occasions, uplifting contact with loved ones or maintaining a sense of community in a unique and safe way," said the airport.

All submitted images must be the original work of the photographer. Any level of photographer who is a Colorado resident is eligible to enter, and it's totally free to enter. As stated on its website, "City & County of Denver and airport employees are welcome to apply as long as their employment is in good standing. Non-Colorado residents who apply to this call will be disqualified."

Email your photo (5 MB or less) and the completed entry form to [email protected]. Please check the official rules for all the details and for file size and format requirements. Submissions will be taken until 5 p.m. on Wednesday, June 24, 2020.
