With a nod to its baseball roots and the Mile High City, the Rally Hotel is set to open on March 25.

A highly-anticipated new hotel that pays homage to America's pastime and celebrates the history of Denver's LoDo area is set to open in Denver's McGregor Square Development on March 25. McGregor Square is located in the heart of Denver’s LoDo neighborhood between Wynkoop and Wazee and 19th and 20th streets.

The Rally Hotel, developed by Sage Hospitably Group and Rockies owner Dick Monfort, is an independent lifestyle hotel named for the age-old baseball superstition—the rally cap—in which fans wear their caps backward or inside out to will their team to pull off a come-from-behind victory.

The hotel features a rooftop pool and deck overlooking Coors Field with views of the Rocky Mountains. The Rockies Hall of Fame will be located on the second floor of the hotel, providing a unique experience for guests to further connect with baseball and the Colorado Rockies.

The hotel will also acknowledge Denver's mile-high reputation. The eighth floor, which officially sits at 5,280 feet in elevation, will be known as the Mile High Floor and will feature a collection of rooms with an elevated, dramatic design—including dark woods and deep purples that reflect the colors of the Rocky Mountains.

The hotel features 176 guest rooms, including 29 suites designed to evoke feelings of "approachable luxury," which includes Colorado-inspired minibars, large, comfortable cushions, and classic textures. Six penthouse residential suites feature kitchens, residential-sized bathrooms and living areas, private balconies, and direct access to the Bridge-Way Rooftop and Pool Deck.

Guests can indulge in three distinct food and beverage venues at The Rally, with timeless classic fare, hearty pub grub, craft beer, and curated cocktails. The Grandstand, located in the lobby of the hotel, will treat guests to coffee in the morning and cocktails and snacks in the evening, with locally curated programming in between peak times. The Rally Bar will boast a sleek design and impressive ambiance, serving drinks and light snacks daily. Guests can also enjoy dining in the full-service restaurant adjacent to the hotel, which will be operated by Sage Restaurant Concepts.

The Rally has 21,000 square feet of flexible meeting and event space, with offerings ranging from boardrooms to ballrooms. Also, the hotel features art curated by Denver's Nine dot Arts inspired by the energy, excitement, and history of LoDo. Art will be featured throughout the hotel, including in public spaces and guest rooms.

The hotel is an anchor for the McGregor Square development, a complex situated on a full city block near Coors Field that will feature restaurants, retail, and a circular plaza with a 110-foot LED screen broadcasting live sporting games and other entertainment.
