Put down the pita chips and carrots, and leave the hummus where you found it!
Every vegan is screaming right now! Pita Pal Foods, LP is voluntarily recalling several hummus products due to a listeria scare that may have potentially contaminated the hummus. The listeria was found in the facility but not in the finished product, so the hummus is being recalled out of precaution.

The recalled products were made between May 10, 2019, and June 25, 2019, and the brands include Bucee's, Fresh Thyme, Harris Teeter, Hummus Hummus, Lantana, Lidl, Pita Pal, Reasor's, Roundy's, Schnucks, and 7 Select. See the full list of products here.
