Even better news: most of the 13 daily flights will be on our CRJ-550, the 🌎's first two-cabin 50-seat ✈️, with enough space for every customer to bring a roller bag on board. https://t.co/S6Hcy3BMOp pic.twitter.com/DzUrSEA0WF
The CRJ-550 plane they'll be using for most of the flights is a smaller design with just 50 seats. Don't worry; there is still a first-class cabin for those who want all of the little extras and additional space.
United Airlines will assign its 50-seat premium heavy regional jet, the Bombardier CRJ-550, to its NYC-DC shuttle route. 10/13 daily frequencies on the EWR-DCA route will operated with the CRJ-550 effective March 29. pic.twitter.com/n5JuVUZbpd

An economy seat on the new shuttle starts at $129 and you'll pay about $397 for a first-class seat. That's not too bad, considering you get to avoid the highways and tolls! Each flight is scheduled to take about 81 minutes, so you'll really be saving quite a bit of time during your travels.
