Anyone that has seen the bull elk is encouraged to call Colorado Parks and Wildlife so the tire can be removed.
Recently, a bull elk in Conifer, Colorado, was captured on a trail cam with a tire stuck on his neck. Colorado Parks and Wildlife (CPW) that this isn't the first time the large elk has been seen with the tire around its neck. CPW asks that if you have seen this elk before, to call them so that they can track him and help remove the tire.

Remember this poor bull elk with the tire around his neck? About one month later and he was detected once again on the #trailcam.— CPW NE Region (@CPW_NE) August 10, 2020
We would love to catch up with him and free him of that tire.
