A 6.4-magnitude earthquake struck just off the Oregon coast on Thursday, at 8:07 a.m. PST. The earthquake occurred 7 miles deep in the Pacific Ocean, about 175 miles from the coastal town of Bandon, Oregon.

As of publication time, no injuries or damage have been reported, and there is currently no threat of a tsunami, per the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA).
