As part of their "United We Move" initiative, the gym chain will be offering free workouts for the next two weeks on their Facebook and YouTube pages.

If you're feeling antsy from staying indoors, we've got some good news: Planet Fitness is bringing the gym to you with free online classes! The gym chain, which launched the service on March 16, will be streaming daily workout classes you can enjoy in the comfort of your home.

The best part? You don't have to be a member to join. These classes are accessible to everyone—just turn on your computer and get moving!

The fitness chain is calling this initiative "United We Move" as a way of inspiring hope through healthy habits like physical activity. Classes will consist of 20-minute sessions guided by fitness coaches who, in addition to a heart-pumping workout, will also focus on relieving stress and maintaining a state of well-being. Participants can watch out for special guest appearances, including Erica Lugo from The Biggest Loser!

The classes will stream at 7 p.m. ET from Monday to Friday for two weeks. The workouts will stream on Planet Fitness's Facebook as well as their YouTube page. If you can't make the scheduled time, the workouts will also be available on-demand, so you can complete the workout whenever you like. You also don't need workout equipment to participate. It really doesn't get any easier than that!

With gyms, restaurants, and other public spaces closed indefinitely, many businesses are taking to the internet in providing their services. We may be in unprecedented times, but having a routine as simple as exercise can make things just a bit more bearable.

Will you be tuning in for a free class? How are you staying active during this time? Let us know in the comments!
