New "Bushfire Heroes" Funko Pop proceeds will help animals affected by the fires in Australia.

Funko has announced a new figure, and this time it is for a really great cause. The "Bushfire Heroes" Pop is an Australian firefighter, with a koala hugging its leg. The Funko will be sold exclusively at this link on in collaboration with the site. All of the proceeds will go to the Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals' National Bushfire Appeal.

"Together with our partners, all proceeds from this product will go toward RSPCA National Bushfire Appeal. The RSPCA are working alongside government and emergency agencies, veterinarians and local authorities to provide much needed equipment and supplies, emergency care and identifying and assessing injured animals in need of assistance." —Funko

The Pop is available for pre-order now, and delivery is expected to begin in June.

It has been estimated that over one billion animals have lost their lives in the Australian bushfires, and this collaboration between Funko and Popcultcha aims to help with the recovery of those animals who have survived and need our aid. You can learn more about the bushfires here.

You can donate to the RSPCA on their site if Funko Pops aren't your style but you are still interested in helping with the lives of the animals who have been affected by the Australian bushfires.
