Are you ready to take the “Fuel the Fuego” challenge?

The spicy food trend is something that never seems to go away. General Mills is jumping on the spice wagon with a hot and spicy version of Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal called CinnaFuego.

Introduced to select markets this summer, the limited-edition cereal will make its way to grocery store shelves this fall. To celebrate the launch, General Mills is selling a special prank pack that will let people fool friends and family into eating the spicy cereal.

The #FuelTheFuego challenge pack comes with a pouch of CinnaFuego, a pouch of Cinnamon Toast Crunch, stickers, and a pop socket to help you make a video. The kit is $9.99 and is available while supplies last at shop.cinnamontoastcrunch.com. Fans are invited to post their reaction videos on social media with the tags @cinnamontoastcrunch and #FeelTheFuego.

“As CinnaFuego hits stores this fall, we wanted to make it easy for families to get in on the challenge,” said Mindy Murray, Sr. Marketing Communications Manager at General Mills. “So, we created limited-edition CinnaFuego #FeelTheFuego Challenge Packs with all the necessities to prank an unexpecting snacker. We can’t wait to see how participants get creative and have some laughs when enjoying the hottest new cereal!”

CinnaFuego Toast Crunch comes in a 5.9-ounce reusable pouch and can be found in grocery and big box retailers while supplies last.

Created in 1984, Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal is a fan-favorite that has evolved into a number of other products including coffee creamer, cinnamon spread, pancake mix, and a seasoning blend. The cereal also has different versions, including Cinnamon Toast Crunch Rolls, Dulce De Leche Toast Crunch, and Cinnamon Toast Crunch Churros.
