When there is a huge batch of women dating one guy, it's hard to stand out.

One of the San Antonio women competing to win the heart of the show's lead, Matt James, didn't receive a rose during Monday night's episode.

James sent Alana Milne home. The 26-year-old photographer grew up in San Antonio and currently lives in Toronto, Canada, where she was born, according to her blog.

On night one, she came out of the "The Bachelor" limo with a ton of confidence, creating a "Lady and the Tramp" moment with James that ended with a kiss.

However, during the first round of one-on-ones and a large group date, Milne wasn't picked for either, leaving her chances with James pretty slim.

During Monday night's airing, the episode started with the rose ceremony cliffhanger from the week before. The other two Alamo City women made it through – Bri Springs, 24, and Jessenia Cruz, 27.

We didn't get to see much of the local gals due to drama around a contestant named Sarah becoming the focal point of the episode. The episode didn't end with a rose ceremony again, so we'll have to wait until next week to see if the girls made the cut.

"The Bachelor" airs at 7 p.m. Central on Mondays on ABC.
