COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) - Sunday will be another very warm and humid day with just a slight chance for an isolated shower or storm by late afternoon. Most areas can expect to stay dry.

Overall, it’s looking like a nice afternoon to be outdoors. Just remember to stay hydrated and apply sunscreen. Although it will not feel as stuffy as yesterday, it will still feel a bit humid. Today’s highs are forecast to reach the upper 80s with less wind compared to yesterday.

With a weakening front settling to our south, an isolated shower or storm can’t be ruled out, especially for areas south of Columbia. Most of the Midlands will stay dry.

Temperatures and humidity levels will rise for the next few days along with a continued slight storm chance each day.

Changes to our weather pattern arrive courtesy of a stronger cold front on Wednesday. Scattered storms look more likely Wednesday with this front. Behind the front, it will be much cooler with highs in the 70s and noticeably less humid.
