COLUMBIA FALLS, Mont. — The Columbia Falls School District is in the process of creating a bond to enhance the high school facility .

Wednesday night is the first of three meetings where community members are encouraged to join and ask questions about the project.

Jackola Engineering will attend to share their thoughts and ideas.

Three main points will be discussed at the different meetings.

The April 23 meeting will be about safety and security with the schedule of the project.

The May 7 meeting will be about infrastructure with the budget and bond amount.

The May 21 meeting will be about 21st century learning with the design and programming.

“I just like everybody to be involved with this process,” said Cory Dziowgo, superintendent for the Columbia Falls School District. “Come and ask questions. Come and be involved in the discussion. Help us with the design. Provide any insights that we may overlook because again we do need the community input to make sure this happened.”

All three meetings will be held at 6:30 p.m. with tours of the school being available afterwards.

The bond is anticipated to be voted on in October.
