BATON ROUGE, La. (KNOE) - Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana announced it is offering members services including early prescription refills in anticipation of Tropical Storm Francine’s landfall.

Tropical Storm Francine is expected to make landfall in Louisiana as a hurricane on Wednesday, Sept. 11. BCBS of Louisiana announced in a statement they urge all Louisiana residents to consider their health needs and take steps before the storm hits.
