NEW ORLEANS — The Old Six Flags site will soon be demolished and revitalized by Bayou Phoenix.

Before demolition begins, Elvis Ross, owner of a new studio planned for the site, took photojournalist Ricknise Riggins and Evening News Anchor Charisse Gibson on an exclusive ride around the park that closed for Hurricane Katrina 19 years ago.
