LEBANON, Tenn. (WSMV) - UPDATE : Lebanon Police Department confirmed to WSMV that multiple people involved in the wreck on Highway 109 have been transported to Nashville hospitals.

Tennessee Highway Patrol is leading the investigation into this crash.

PREVIOUS : A crash has closed all lanes of Highway 109 at Business Park Drive in Lebanon, according to the Lebanon Police Department.

Police say as of right now, northbound traffic is being diverted at Hickory Ridge and southbound traffic is being diverted at Highway 70.
