LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) - Nebraska cornerback Tommi Hill will not play on Saturday when the Huskers host Wisconsin, according to head coach Matt Rhule. Hill is also expected to miss the regular season finale at Iowa. Hill has been slowed by a nagging foot injury for most of this year which has slowed him down. Rhule said, “When you’re a guy who relies on your speed, it’s tough. Rhule noted that Hill’s injury is unfortunate, but that he has better days ahead. “He’s been invited to the Senior Bowl,” Rhule said. “Maybe he’ll be ready for bowl practice.” Rhule said Hill has only be able practice at 50-percent health after playing in each of the Huskers’ last two games. Hill has 21 tackles this season. He has one interception, which he returned for a touchdown, during Nebraska’s Week 2 win over Colorado.
