One of the twitchiest wide receivers east of the Mississippi, Brown had official visits lined up to his final five: Penn State, Georgia, Duke, Syracuse, and Virginia Tech. Before those official visits could take place though, Brown made the call for the Nittany Lions, becoming the third wide receiver in the class along with four-star Jahsiear Rogers and three-star Lavar Keys. Penn State now has the No. 4 ranked class in country for the 2026 recruiting cycle, according to 247Sports Composite .

Brown doesn’t have the same thicc bulky frame that 2024 signee Matthew Outten did, but their games are similar in that they are bigger slots receivers who get the football in a bunch of different ways. I would say that Brown offers more wiggle and overall twitchiness, as the first guy very rarely brings him down. Not to compare him to KJ Hamler, but the jitterbug style is there.
