SCOTTSDALE, AZ (AZFamily) — If you find yourself in North Scottsdale, you need to stop by the Fairmont Princess to check out Toro’s happy hour!

Their happy hour is every day from 3 to 6 p.m., and there are even some good deals on the weekend.

Let’s start with the first thing that caught my eye: the Ribeye skewers for $11!

They come with two and have pico de gallo, aji amarillo sauce and rocoto purée.

Next is their crispy and delicious calamari with charred lemon, pickled chilies, ginger and scallion sauce. It costs $10 during happy hour.

On happy hour, they have some savory and quite tasty empanadas with Oaxaca cheese, corn, cilantro and chili sauce.

Toro offers a few sushi rolls on happy hour at $10.

Don’t forget their drink specials, too. The East Meets West is a big hit with toki Japanese whisky, cacahuate liqueur, tamarindo, turmeric, chile pasilla, ginger and lemon for $12 on happy hour.

The vibe is great at Toro with their recent renovation.

The light, the leather, and the greenery in the decor make it a great spot to sip a cocktail, have a happy hour bite, or even stay for dinner to make a night of it.
