Question 1: State auditor’s authority to audit the legislature
A “yes” on this ballot question would allow the state auditor to conduct an audit of the state Legislature. Question 2: Repealing the MCAS graduation requirement
Passing this ballot question would end the requirement that high school students must pass the English, math, and science MCAS tests in order to graduate. Question 3: Allowing ride app drivers to unionize
Passing this ballot question would allow drivers for Uber and Lyft to unionize and collectively bargain. Question 4: Legalizing psychedelics
If Question 4 passes, it would allow people 21 and older — under certain regulations — to grow, possess, use, and share five psychedelic substances found in mushrooms or plants. Question 5: Tipped minimum wage
This ballot question would gradually raise the tipped minimum wage — currently $6.75 an hour, provided that tips make up the difference — to $15 an hour. Employers that pay tipped workers at least the state minimum wage could then pool tips with all employees.
