Description : A 222-unit single-family detached home rental development is under construction in Buckeye. The project is called FirstStreet Skyline along the southwest corner of Sienna Hills Parkway and McDowell Road, adjacent to the Verrado master planned community. It’s the second built-to-rent housing project Harvard Investments is building in the West Valley. BB Living was selected as the general contractor. The community will sit on 23 acres at full buildout. Homes will consist of one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes that have no shared walls, with five floor plan options. Amenities will include a gym with indoor and outdoor exercise areas, a cold plunge, sauna, hot tub, ramadas, fire pits, outdoor games, and abundant seating around the resort-style pool. History of site: The lot was vacant, raw desert land before developers broke ground to begin construction. When will the work be done? The development broke ground in July 2024. Developers expect to begin pre-leasing by the end of 2025. Like this story?
