The Grove will offer curated retail, restaurants, a 51-room upscale boutique hotel, and much more. This will all be set in a pedestrian-friendly area centered around a main plaza.Parker Mainstreet Partners, LLC, is pleased to announce their upcoming development, The Grove on Mainstreet -- a proposed mixed-use development to be located in the area known as the West End of Mainstreet in Parker. The project is planned to feature curated retailers and restaurants on a spacious public plaza accompanied by a 51-room upscale boutique hotel situated overhead.
The Grove will be a westside downtown anchor, which will create a pedestrian-friendly environment that supports the mix of retail and restaurants, plus seasonal events and a community gathering place including an inviting fire-pit area, which was envisioned by the Town of Parker’s Master Plan. Public art and streetscape (street trees, lighting, and furnishings) will be emphasized as common threads to tie together the downtown’s two distinct districts, the West End and Old Town. “The Grove on Mainstreet will be a positive addition to the Parker community,” said Dennis Houston, President and CEO, Parker Chamber of Commerce. “We are excited for the expansion of the Entertainment District and the development of an environment that supports a welcoming and enjoyable gathering place.” Personally, I have lived in Parker for 19 years and have watched the growth of our town in awe. I'm not sure how I feel about another downtown anchor tying together The Grove on the West End of Mainstreet and the Old Town of Mainstreet. What are your thoughts? Please share your comments below!
