The spot also features a 25-seat backyard patio where welcomed wafts of smoking hickory compliment chips and salsa. As for the menu, just about every type of beast is featured; whether they're smoked, grilled or even confit, your tastebuds will thank you. Just about every dish is accented by brilliant blends of smoke, tang, and just the right amount of sweetness.
Best of all, owner Patrick Mangold-White likes to keep his suppliers local and chooses free-range high quality poultry and meats, "This is about whole animal production, farm-to-plate and getting the food from our smokers into your mouth." One taste of a taco overstuffed with pork, avocado, and cojita cheese will make you want more of what he's smokin'! So, if you're looking for something closer to al pastor or vegetarian, duck, or lengua, look no further than Uno Mas. And don't forget to wash it all down with a house margarita.
