Burger King is offering brave souls the opportunity to score a free meal if they dare visit one of the scariest places in the United States. These scary locations are actually five abandoned restaurants once operated by McDonald’s, Wendy’s, Sonic, and Jack in the Box. They’re located in Johnston, Rhode Island; Birmingham, Alabama; McHenry, Illinois; Houston, Texas; and Dayton, Ohio. According to Burger King, “On some nights you can even hear the sizzling screams of a flat-top fryer” at these restaurants.

To claim the deal, any takers will have to come within 300 feet of one of the abandoned restaurants and confirm their location on the Burger King app. The soul will then receive a coupon for a free Whopper.

However, if you aren’t in range of any of these haunted spots, you can also take part by clicking on the “Scary Places” tile on the Burger King app. This will get you a $5 meal offer.
