Am I the only one who just found out that McDonald's has a $9 birthday sheet cake available on its menu?? 'Cause it's totally a real thing! The Ronald McDonald Birthday Cake looks to have buttercream icing and comes in vanilla and chocolate flavors—plus, there's even a screen print of Ronald McDonald on top!

TikTok user @kayrock93 posted a video back in 2021 of the "secret" Ronald McDonald Birthday Cake, but it's recently garnered more attention. And honestly, it has us questioning everything we thought we knew about McDonald's. The video has garnered more than 5 million views since it was first published (at the time of this writing). And peeps on TikTok were going off in the comments section!

"It’s $9 cuz they been trying to sell it since 1983," one user joked.

"Why is the cake like BLACK. Its not even greyish there has to be so much artificial coloring to make it that dark," said another user.

"This looks like it was straight taken from 1998 without permission," added another.

Now, you're probably wondering, "Is this Ronald McDonald cake available at any McDonald's location?" And unfortunately, the answer is no. According to FoodXP, the birthday cake is only available at selected locations and it must be listed on the official menus for you to buy one.

While not all McDonald's carry the birthday cake, TikToker @ariaaxoxo posted a video of her friend, who works at McDonald's, opening the cake from behind the counter, as proof of its existence.
