It's that time of year, everyone! The holiday season is in full swing, and Starbucks is celebrating. For one day only, customers can receive a free reusable holiday cup when they order a handcrafted holiday beverage at Starbucks locations.

Red Cup Day returns for its sixth year on Thursday, November 16.

Here's how it works: Order any size handcrafted holiday drink or fall beverage on November 16 and get a reusable red cup for free, while supplies last. You can receive the holiday cup when ordering in-store, at the drive-thru, on the Starbucks app, and delivery with Starbucks Delivery.

It is expected that a "Red Cup Rebellion" is expected to occur on Thursday—one of Starbucks' busiest days—over staffing and scheduling, reports say. If you're concerned the strikes will impact your nearest Starbucks location, check open stores on the Starbucks app or store locator on its website.

"We are aware that Workers United has publicized a day of action at a small subset of our U.S. stores this week, but expect that customers interested in our reusable red cup will be able to participate in the giveaway, as planned," a Starbucks spokesperson said.
