The doughnut duo arrive in stores on April 26!

Can you tell it's spring yet? If Krispy Kreme is bringing back their Strawberry Glazed doughnuts, then we think we know the answer. For a short time, the doughnut maker is dropping the cult favorite flavor, and it's set to hit stores on Monday, April 26. The best things seem to come in pairs, and Krispy Kreme isn't letting us down when they release not one, but TWO strawberry specialties. Much like the recent Oreo collaboration or Pumpkin Spice treats from fall, the chain is even dipping its toes into new flavors of glaze. It's a trend we hope they keep up!

So what's on the menu? You've got the Strawberry Glazed, which is the tried-and-true Krispy Kreme glazed doughnut with a sweet strawberry coating. The Strawberry Glazed Original Filled Strawberry Kreme, on the other hand, features the same doughnut except with a fluffy fruit filling on the inside.

This isn't the first time Krispy Kreme's made a foray into warm-weather flavors. Last year's springtime menu featured strawberry, lemon, and key lime doughnuts, complete with their respective glaze and fillings.

Chief Marketing Officer Dave Skena revealed that they brought the Strawberry Glazed back due to fans' ecstatic response. Maybe that means lemon and key lime will return, too? In any case, our fingers are crossed!

If you can't get enough of these little pink pastries, they'll be offering a Strawberry Glazed Dozen box that's perfect for sharing with friends. How darling would they look at an outdoor tea party or springtime brunch? Rewards members can also enjoy a special discount, so if you're a member, jump to it! If not, sign up here.

Whether you enjoy something simple or a stuffed delicacy, doughnut lovers of all tastes won't want to miss these. You have until May 6 to snag these limited edition beauties, so make haste!

Will you be grabbing Krispy Kreme's Strawberry Glazed doughnuts? Which one will you try? Hit us up with a comment.
