It will be available online only, starting September 23!
The world of pumpkin spice continuously keeps getting bigger and bigger, but some of the products looking to get on the pumpkin spice bandwagon are unconventional and, well, ... a little odd.
The latest to catch onto the trend? SPAM.
Yes, we're serious, SPAM. Pumpkin Spice SPAM will be available for purchase online only at SPAM.com and Walmart.com starting September 23, and it even comes in the typical SPAM can with "Pumpkin Spice" on the front label so you won't get confused.
When I first shared this new product with my boyfriend, this was his face for five minutes:

EW. NO. No way.
Okay, now hold your horses before you freak out. I'm here to tell you that Dan Myers over at The Daily Mail has tried it and he says it's really not that bad. Its normal soft texture and consistency combines the savory taste of processed ham with a hint of sweetness. Hmm ... now doesn't that actually sound quite good?
Kind of like maple breakfast sausage links, I suppose ...

Twitter users experienced a series of mixed emotions:
There were those who hated it ...
Nooooooo! @AlexCortright pumpkin spice SPAM?! My dad is rolling in his grave because he ate that “food” whilst in an army issued uniform. The original version, to clarity.— Courtney Block (@baltocourtney) August 14, 2019

And, those who loved it.
We tried the new Pumpkin Spice Spam, and it was oddly really good https://t.co/qyQFxwVvLI— James Keaton (@Mrfurious32821) August 14, 2019
Are we crazy enough to try this product? Yes, yes we are. Check back later in September for a taste-test review. Whichever side you're on, you might want to try it first before giving up on it altogether—unless you hate SPAM already; then just leave it where you found it.
What do you think of this new product? Do you think it will be worth trying? Do you think you will hate it or like it? Tell us in the comments!
