2019 was a big year for real estate in Colorado, especially in the Denver metropolitan area. Here are the top five most-expensive Denver properties sold in 2019.

1. 5000 East Quincy Avenue, Englewood, 80113 – $11,625,000

This 23,866-square-foot gem in Englewood sold for a cool $11,625,000 in December 2019. Originally built in 1993, the property boasts pristine gardens and ponds set on a gorgeous nine-acre property. The home was designed in a sophisticated style with stone floors, mahogany woodworking throughout, a custom chef’s kitchen, 2 story library, and a family room with a fully-equipped bar. The gated property also holds a 10-car garage, complete with an in-house car wash.
