Bellini

Start with a prosecco or sparkling wine and top with a peach nectar syrup. For added pizzazz, add real peaches to the mix, and a raspberry on the rim. Stick the flower to the rim of your champagne flute or pop into the drink itself.
Smirnoff Vanilla Eggnog Martini

Be all the buzz at the New Year's Eve bash with this unique take on a Martini. Simply combine the eggnog, Smirnoff Vanilla, and Irish Cream in a cocktail shaker. Pour into a martini glass. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and vanilla bean.
Sangria

Combine red wine, vodka, brandy, triple sec, orange juice, cranberry juice, and a couple of cinnamon sticks in a large mixing pot. When everything is stirred together, transfer to a pitcher and let sit in the fridge for an hour or two. Serve chilled, topped with bites of apples and oranges.

Start with fresh espresso at the bottom, then layer with a coffee liqueur, such as Kahlua, and finish off with an orange cognac, like a Grand Marnier. It can get a little tricky to make sure the layers remain separate, so a tip is to tilt the shot glass and use a spoon to get the top two layers on evenly.
