Starbucks' Pumpkin Spice Latte Copycat Recipe:

Instructions:

  1. Place the ingredients in a small saucepan and simmer for about 10 minutes to make the pumpkin sauce. 
  2. Place the sauce in a smoothie cup or food processor and process until smooth. (Optional)
  3. Transfer the sauce into a jar with a lid and keep it in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
  4. Prepare 2 oz of espresso.
  5. Warm and froth 8 oz. of milk.
  6. Add 2 oz. of pumpkin sauce and espresso into a 16 oz. serving cup. Stir well.
  7. Pour the milk into the pumpkin espresso mixture. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon.
