  1. Remove excess fat from the roast. Place the pork roast in the slow cooker. Pour entire jar of Ol' Gringo Chili Company's Gourmet Green Chili Sauce over the pork. Cook on low for 8-9 hours (or the internal temperature of the pork reaches 165 degrees).
  2. Just before serving, remove any bones and shred the pork into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Serve with fresh flour tortillas, lettuce, tomato, sour cream, cheddar cheese, salsa, and lime.
