This Seven Corners restaurant is the perfect place to experience a traditional dim sum brunch.

Are you bored with the mimosas and Eggs Benedict crowd? Get a bunch of friends together and head to Hong Kong Pearl for a real Cantonese dim sum. Servers dish out the delicacies from steam trolleys so everything you get is piping hot and fresh. The best way to try everything is to get a wide range of dishes, just pointing at what looks good as it rolls past.

Not sure what to get? Don't be shy and ask the servers what they have. You can't go wrong with the roast duck, char siu pork, or any of the noodle dishes like chow fun. They're served in smaller portions so you won't break the bank sampling several of them.

As for the dumplings, go for a mixture of fried (potstickers, stuffed taro root, shrimp balls, and chive dumplings) and steamed tidbits. Black bean spareribs, shrimp and pork siu mei, and crystal shrimp har gow are all basic dishes that most people enjoy. Round it all out with some sweet buns, custard tarts, and hot tofu in ginger syrup.

If you go on the weekend, expect to wait unless you arrive right when they open. They won't seat you until everyone is there, so there's no use sending an early person to put your name on the list. Don't worry, though, tables turn over pretty quickly.

Can't make it there in person? You can order your food delivered right to your door by Ubereats!
