Holidaily Brewing Co. and Little Dry Creek Brewery will join the growing list of must-try Colorado breweries.
Denver's craft beer scene is about to get bigger as two new breweries are set to open in the Denver Tech Center. Holidaily Brewing Co. and Little Dry Creek Brewery have plans to open later this summer and welcome a crowd of craft beer aficionados.
Holidaily Brewing Co. is a Golden, Colorado, brewery that specializes in crafting quality gluten-free beer. Karen Hertz founded the brewery in 2016 following two battles with cancer and a recommendation to follow a gluten-free diet.

Master brewers with Holidaily use alternative grains, including millet and buckwheat, to create sensational brews that gluten-free individuals can enjoy. They craft a variety of beers, including IPAs, golden ales, pumpkin beer, and more. The Denver Tech Center location will be their second taproom. Fido can join in the fun, too, as there will be a pet-friendly patio.
Little Dry Creek Brewery is a brand-new brewery set to open at Grange Hall alongside numerous other food stalls. In case you missed it, Grange Hall is a new food hall opening in August. Little Dry Creek will be its anchor storefront and take the spot of the former C.B. and Potts. Ty Nash, the head brewer, plans to craft pilsners, IPAs, wheat ales, brown ales, and more.
Holidaily and Little Dry Creek join a growing list of breweries in the Denver Tech Center area, including Resolute Brewing Co., Spice Trade Brewing Co., and Peak View Brewing Co.
Neither brewery has a specific opening date, but we are looking forward to sipping a few at both! Which are you looking forward to more? Let us know in the comments!
