Serving up burgers, seafood, and plenty of beer, these beachside haunts won't keep you hungry.

After a long day of bumming it on the beach, you're gonna be tired, hungry, or both. Need a pick-me-up? These Ocean City restaurants have opened just in time for summer to kick off, and we couldn't be more excited. Whether you're looking for a refreshing cocktail or some mid-day fuel, these spots are sure to get you through the warm months ahead.

Here are some new places worth checking out in Ocean City!

Bad Monkey Bar & Grill

Boasting the "best happy hour on the beach," we can't say they're wrong. All week they offer a two-for-one deal on craft and import drafts as well as wine, sangria, and monkey punch (whatever it is, we want some). Their menu offers a wide range of breakfast platters and post-beach grub like burgers and sandwiches. We'd go with The Bad Monkey – a sub topped with chicken or ribeye, cheese, lettuce, tomato, fried onions, and mayo. View their menu here.

Taphouse Tavern

At this point, Taphouse Tavern is classic OCMD – they just opened their fifth location since opening in Virginia Beach in 2010. They offer Mid-Atlantic twists on American classics, like shrimp and grits and crab mac and cheese. The results are creative as well as delicious! Share a platter of their famous chicken wings (voted Ocean City's Best), and pick a brew from their always-rotating beer menu. Don't forget to check out their daily chalkboard specials for something tasty! Find out more here.

Casita Linda Mexican Bakery & Cafe

This authentic Mexican cafe opened on April 25 with lines out the door, and from the sounds of it, the hype is well-earned. Their menu is crafted with fresh ingredients and recipes inspired by their native Guanajuato. Try a savory breakfast torta stuffed with refried beans, eggs, salsa, avocado, and your choice of ham or chorizo. Need something quick? Their cafe and bakery make the perfect grab and go stop – grab an espresso and a brightly colored concha (the traditional Mexican sweetbread) and be on your way! View their menu here.

Three Anchors

Having just opened its doors, this seaside eatery is the perfect addition to Ocean City's already stellar restaurant scene. Their menu serves up tasty brunch concoctions like chicken and waffle sliders and a bloody mary burger. Seeing as this is Ocean City, any of the seafood entrees are a must. Can't choose between surf or turf? We'd go with the Swordfish Burger – a ground swordfish patty topped with caramelized onions and cheese. Talk about the best of both worlds! Take a look at the menu here.
