One is located in Cherry Creek, the other in Edgewater.
Shake Shack opened a new location in Denver last Thursday, December 10, and the burger chain has plans to open another new location later this week.
Cherry Creek is the home of the first new Shake Shack location, which is located at 260 N. Josephine St., Ste. 301. The second new location will open in Edgewater at 5507 W. 20th Ave., on Saturday, December 19. The new Edgewater location is the former site of Depew Liquors. This new Shake Shack at Edgewater was announced earlier this year.
Due to state regulations issued to lower the cases of coronavirus, the new Shake Shack locations will have limited hours, from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Dining rooms will also be closed to the public, for the time being.

Shake Shack is expanding its locations in Colorado at the same time as the California-based burger chain In-N-Out, which just opened its first two Colorado restaurants last month—insane lines (and fights) awaited guests at the grand opening. And while In-N-Out is focusing more on suburban locations, Shake Shack appears to be looking for locations near the Denver metro.
Have you been to Shake Shack? Are you excited that two new locations have popped up in Denver? Or do you prefer In-N-Out? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below.
