After its first location opened in Denver, Giordano's is expanding into northern Colorado. And we couldn't be happier!

Known for its deep-dish pizza, Giordano's is officially headed to Loveland, Colorado, to open a new location. While the Chicago-based restaurant offers to ship a frozen pizza directly to your door, you won't need to ship your pizzas directly from Chicago for much longer.

It's expected for the Giordano's Loveland location to open as early as June 2021. Two other Denver locations are in the plans as well. The beloved Chicago-style pizza restaurant first came to Colorado in 2018 (in downtown Denver). Fans across the state eagerly anticipated the opening of Giordano's in Denver.

Since 1974, Giordano's has been serving up deep-dish pizza to local fans in the historic south side of Chicago. The beloved Chicago Classic Deep-Dish Pizza starts with Mama Giordano's recipe of a "double-crusted, cheese stuffed masterpiece" and adds pepperoni, mushrooms, green peppers, and onions. To please all tastes, they also offer a variety of thin-crust pizzas, salads, sandwiches, and Italian dishes.

"Its creation began in a small northern Italian town near Torino, Italy. Mama Giordano was famous around town for her exquisite cooking. Of all her renowned dishes, her most beloved meal was her “Italian Easter Pie”. Mama Giordano would serve this double crusted, cheese stuffed masterpiece on special occasions," says Giordano's.

If you simply cannot wait until June (and who would blame you?), you can order a six-pack of heart-shaped deep-dish pizzas delivered frozen to your door. The six-pack of 10-inch pizzas for $134. A small price to pay to celebrate pizza-loving-goodness with your Valentine.
