Mercantile: This New American restaurant is located in Union Station and Chef Alex Seidel, the proprietor, won a prestigious James Beard Award here.

Tamayo: Located on Larimer Square with a rooftop deck that offers stunning views of the mountains, this is one of Chef Richard Sandoval's 63 restaurants worldwide and features upscale Latin food.

Green Russell: This is a speakeasy located downstairs off Larimer Square and they serve chef-inspired cocktails and BBQ from their sister restaurant, Russell's Smokehouse, which is located next door.
