For a limited time, try this Rick and Morty-themed frozen treat from King of Pops!If you're a fan of tasty summertime treats and the Adult Swim TV show, Rick and Morty, you've only got a limited time to try out the Pickle Rick pop from the southeastern popsicle company, King of Pops. But pickle fans, don't get too excited. Though the flavor is a tribute to the popular Rick and Morty episode where Rick transforms himself into a pickle in order to avoid family therapy, the pop itself is not pickle-flavored. King of Pops cofounder Steven Carse says that they had considered making the pop pickle-flavored, but ultimately chose another green flavor, matcha lemonade, to appeal to a wider audience of those with less-adventurous taste buds. The promotion is being targeted towards music festival-goers, as the Pickle Rick pop will be available at a variety of music festival throughout the summer. The pop debuted at the Shaky Knees Music Festival in Atlanta, and will also be seen at Firefly, Bonnaroo, and the Governor's Ball, among others.
Not going to a music festival, but still want a taste of this limited edition flavor?
