Over 40 restaurants are participating in the 2019 Annapolis Restaurant Week -- Make your reservations today!

The deals are great for Annapolis dining during Restaurant Week: $12.95 for a two-course breakfast, $15.95 for a two-course lunch, and $34.95 for a three-course dinner. What a perfect way to try new options around town!

How do I participate in Annapolis Restaurant Week?

It's easy! Take a look at the event website for a full listing of participating restaurants and sample menus. When you find one that suits your fancy, determine which deal you like best and make a reservation. That's it!

When you go for your meal, make sure to ask for the Restaurant Week menu so you get the special pricing. You can, of course, order off of the main menu as well, but why not take advantage of the special pricing?

What are some of the standout Restaurant Week menus?

Personally, this is what I would go for:

Lunch at Light House Bistro (202 West Street, Annapolis, MD): I would start with the bucket of fries and garlic aioli and then have the Sopressata Flatbread.

Lunch at Miss Shirley's Cafe (1 Park Place, Annapolis, MD): I would have the Fried Green Tomatoes for my starter and then the Gravy Train Southern Skillet for a down-home Southern lunch.

Dinner at Blackwall Hitch (400 Sixth Street, Annapolis, MD) This one would be indulgent -- I would start with the Caprese salad, then have one of my favorites, shrimp and grits, and finish with Red Velvet Smith Island Cake. Yum!

How do I make the most of a Restaurant Week experience?

The best thing you can do is to make your reservations just a little before or after peak times. Restaurants will be extra-crowded this week, so pack your patience if you're going to a really popular spot.

Don't be afraid to order additional food -- they would actually really appreciate it! Also, make sure to tip your servers well, even though the food is somewhat discounted.
