Bill Murray, the surrogate grandpa/dad everyone wish they had, will be coming to Denver to perform with Jan Vogler & Friends at Bellco Theater.

On December 10, Bill Murray will be joining Jan Vogler & Friends to perform "New Worlds," a mash-up concert and literary event at the Bellco Theater. The renowned funny-man will be performing with the classical trio -- Vogler, a cellist; Mira Wang, a violinist; and Vanessa Perez, a pianist. Tickets are $45-$125 and are already on sale. You can snag yours on axs.com or livenation.com.

The show comes in the wake of Murray's announcement of his debut album, "New Worlds," which was released on September 29. The album is a combination of classical works by George Gershwin and Bach -- among many others -- with readings from authors like Mark Twain and Ernest Hemingway. https://youtu.be/8jXWDyyFesE The legit tour for "New Worlds" kicks off in October. To see a full list of tour dates, check out his website! Bill Murray is known for palling around with the public in every city he visits. He's even known to work a bar or two. As we learned earlier this year when he was visiting his alma mater, Regis University, he's a big fan of Denver bars and pubs. If you can't make his show, or even if you do, make sure to check out some local spots to see if you can get a selfie with the man himself!
