Jazz it up at the Susquehanna Lock House Museum on August 25 with music, food, and drinks -- all to support the Havre de Grace Colored School Foundation.

The Arts, Wine, and Jazz Festival is a fundraiser for the Havre de Grace Colored School Foundation, a nonprofit which acquired the former Havre de Grace Colored School back in March. The 108-year-old school building served as the first public high school for African American children in Harford County, Maryland. Funds raised at this year's second annual Arts, Wine, and Jazz Fest will go towards restoring the former Havre de Grace Colored School and converting the building into a museum and cultural center.

The event is for adults only (21+ years old) and will run rain or shine on Saturday, August 25, from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the charming red and white canal lock house built in 1840, which now houses the Susquehanna Museum.
