August 18:
Vail Jazz at Vail Square
Maraca & His Latin Jazz All-Stars @ 6 p.m.- Tickets start at $20
Grab a cold beverage and take in the unbeatable views. Vail Jazz at Vail Square has become
the Thursday night event bringing high-energy lineups and plenty of jazz heavy weights. Havana-born flutist Orlando “Maraca” Valle mixes jazz improv with the dance-able vibes of popular Cuban music.
August 19 & 26:
Free Interpretive Nature Talk
Goes until October 2 – 1 pm, 3:30 pm, 5:30 pm $34 if you do not have a valid ski pass or scenic gondola ticket.
Take a journey with a naturalist who will present a wide variety of topics so you can learn and understand Vail Mountain even more. This event is all ages and most importantly FREE.

Aug 19: The Sessh // Aug 26: Down to Funk 5 pm – 8 pm
Vail’s Friday Afternoon Club features live music Fridays and Saturdays all summer long. Wind down from the week with live music, yummy food and plenty of drinks while jamming to amazing music.
Free Yoga at Mid-Vail
Mountain Top Yoga Fridays and Saturdays 10-11 am @ Mid-Vail outside deck
Enjoy a serene yoga class at one of the most highly anticipated Vail events. Center yourself with a beautiful backdrop and peaceful mountain surroundings with free yoga!

Free Nature Hike
Hikes run daily at the Nature Discover Center 11 – 12 pm, 2-3 pm daily & Evening hikes; Thursday – Saturday 7 – 8 pm.
Explore Vail Mountain with a trailed naturalist. Learn about summer ecology and animal facts as you walk around the majestic mountain.
Saturday Sundown Series
Through September 3 @ 4-6 pm at the Eagles Nest
If you missed The Sessh at FAC you can catch them again at SSS, you can’t miss out on Mountain-top music this weekend or for the rest of the weekend for that matter.

th year in Vail Meadow Drive the Vail Farmers market is a huge hit amongst tourists and residents. Starting out with just a few tents the VFM has grown to over 135 tents for 16 Sundays of the summer.

GRFA Hot Summer Nights
Doors open at 4:30 pm show starts at 6:30 pm
The Motet performs at this annual free summer concert series. Hot summer nights is a Vail events staple. Held at the Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater in Vail. Don’t forget to join in on Hot Summer Happy Hour at 4:30! Enjoy yard games, free music, and been tastings from Crazy Mountain Brewery.

Vail Jazz @ Vail Square
H2 Big Band Tribute to Count Basie @ 6 p.m. – Tickets start at $20
The Vail Jazz Party House Band with an all-star lineup of John Clayton, Jeff Clayton, Wycliffe Gordon, Terell Stafford, Bill Cunliffe and Lewis Nash will join forces with the Vail All-Stars and Vail Jazz Alumni Quintet in a generational-show-down between jazz legends and rising stars.
